TMC Shipping was established in 2012 at Dubai in order to put the foundations of an international shipping company at the “World Trade Center or Sheikh Rashid Tower” -first ever built tower of Dubai.
The company focused all her knowhow, shipping knowledge, manpower into ship operating.
Later our Dubai offices moved to our own premises at Jumeirah Lake towers and company establishes an office in Athens,Greece as to be closer to the Greek ship owning community who is proudly on of the main vessel providers of the company’s dry bulk operator arm.
A milestone year for TMC is 2020 when the company acquires two handysize vessels(28000 dwt) MV CHABEL/ MV ELIAS as a part of its continuous effort to serve its clients (cargo holders) with top class transportation services via sea.
Our core-activity lies between sizes of abt 10,000 metric tons up to and including ultramaxes. Our team serves charterers (suppliers, traders, end users) and ship owners with a wide range of solutions including time and voyage charters and contracts of affreightment. Our staff is highly professional with solid maritime knowledge, including experience and skills of people ex copa, al ghurair resources etc and covering all fields and aspects related to freight and shipping.
The owners have been in the business for more than 15 years and have a proven record of reliability and good performance. On the shipping side we have excellent support from owners worldwide. We provide them with cargoes so they provide us with ships, even off the market at times.
We have fixed with THORCO, M MARITIME, PIONEER MARINE, ALMA SHIP MANAGEMENT, GAVRIDIS, PACIFIC BASIN, CTM, NOVA MARINE, ADMI, PANOCEAN, MASSOEL, NGM, BLUE PLANET (VICTORIA SHIPBROKING), ALLSEAS and many others. We from time to time look at opportunities for taking vessels for 2/3ll, short period and long period. Dealing with wide range of brokers – owning good name in the market without any pending/outstanding cases- claims for whatsoever reason.
We get on short and long term future freight outlook, risk management and world market analysis via close brokers, owners, charterers, intelligence companies.
